How It Works
FOXO4-DRI is a D-Retro-Inverso peptide that penetrates cells and disrupts the FOXO4–p53 protein interaction. In senescent cells, p53 is hijacked by FOXO4 to keep those damaged cells alive. FOXO4-DRI breaks that bond — forcing p53 out of the nucleus and into the mitochondria, triggering targeted apoptosis of senescent cells through the p53/BCL-2/Caspase-3 pathway.

The result? Senescent cells eliminated. Healthy cells untouched.
